LAZY EYE

And Miracles Still Happen!
After  the big wordlwide success of John Lord and Hoochie Coochie Men I thought, that there is no chance for any musician to create as great bluesy music as John Lord and Jimmi Barnes did. But I was mistaken, the hope lives. There IS the band playing blues John´s and Jimmi´s soulful way.
This interesting Australian band is called LAZY EYE.

And who is in the band?
This trio features singer songwriter Evan Whetter on organ and harmonica , Erica Graf on guitar and Mario Marino on drums.

And what is AdelaideWiki saying about them?
They have performed across Australia in national events including the Australian Blues Festival, Queensland festival of Blues and Blues in the Barossa. Their debut album “Move Me” (Only Blues Music), released July 2013, was voted album of the year at the South Australian Roots & Blues awards. On the back of being awarded “Most Outstanding Group” at the same awards a year later, and “Blues Artist of the Year” at the Fowlers Live Music Awards, Lazy Eye has been named “Group Of The Year” at the 2015 National Blues Awards. They are now taking to the road in support of their latest offering “House Of Trouble” (which itself reached the top of the charts and is still in the Top 10 after more than 12-months) released March 2014, their tour plans take in Capital cities and regional centres across the country.
